How will your original ARTWORK be shipped? 

 

I want to find the best and most economical way to ship out your artwork.  A quote will be emailed to you for shipping an original art piece. Please note Larger scale artwork will require crating.

Local customers in Chicago may pick up at the gallery located in Jefferson Park. I will also be more than happy to deliver your artwork at no charge in Chicago.

Payment  Policies:

Online orders are accepted via credit cards and PayPal.

 

 Shipping:

  • All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after you place your order.

  • I will email you as soon as your order has shipped.


Returns:

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a piece, simply return it to me within 5 days of receipt for a refund on your credit card or an exchange.
 

  • If an item is damaged in shipping please notify me  immediately so I can  file a claim with the shipper. Please DO NOT dispose of the damaged merchandise or packaging until claim is . Disposal of the damaged merchandise or packaging may void the damage claim and no credit or replacement will be issued.

  • Initial or return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of your receipt of the merchandise.

  • Please call me at 773-750-3003 or email aponteart773@gmail.com prior to returning your purchase.

  • I will contact you via email once your return has been processed.
